Performance Practices

"My purpose is to connect with leaders in a meaningful way to support the identification and achievement of their purpose."

About

I am a performance improvement specialist that ignites the power of purpose to connect communities that sustain movements. My work involves leading organizations through structural and mindset emergence to unlock the latent potential of people and systems. This work requires being comfortable operating in disrupted systems and having the courage to initiate change.

I serve as principal owner for a set of vertically integrated professional service firms that design and deliver interventions on marketing programs, operational execution and people practices. I am a member of the Cherokee Nation and graduate of Claremore High School, Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. While attending the University of Oklahoma, my research on transformational leadership was formally recognized by University faculty for excellence in the field of Social & Behavioral Research. The findings of this research provide the fundamental methodologies utilized within our performance measurement and experiential design domains. My other academic and professional certifications include the Executive Development Program at University of Nevada – Reno, licensure as a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified John Maxwell TEAM speaker and coach.

I am grateful to my teachers, fellow leaders, coaches and mentors who invested of themselves in my personal growth and development. I am honored by the opportunities their contributions have provided me and appreciate a career focused on helping leaders fulfill their purpose. My wife, Megan, and I live in the Tulsa area with our three young children. I spend nights and weekends coaching my son’s BBA Titans baseball club and enjoy all the unicorn, Barbie and glitter time with my two young daughters. My favorite moments are when our entire family is together.
